Democracy would be Utopia but for the liars, crooks, bullies, con artists, druggies, plagiarers, slanderers, lazy asses, cold hearted lovers, barking dogs and the extinctions and disease they cause by pollution. Then there is the problem of the majority getting its way all the time pissing on the minority. Yes it could be such a wonderful thing. The trouble with Utopia is the human beings.
