The bottom image is of mitochondria ruptured by antibiotics. These images raise the question, is it wise to use a vaccine that triggers immune attacks on spike protein inside the cell thereby damaging the ace 2 receptorby association and mitchondria as well, especially since the heart and vasular system are loaded with mitochondria and there may also be impacts from prior or concurrent antibiotic usage.
